Great news! Admission to the 2026 MEGA National Convention is free — there are no registration fees! (Important: Cancellations after May 18th, 2026, are subject to a cancellation fee. See policy below)
• Each MEGA account is entitled to 2 free convention badges. Additional badges are available for $500 each.
• For vendors, any badges needed beyond those included in your package are also priced at $500 each.
No, convention registration and hotel booking are separate. You can book your hotel here.
To modify your hotel reservation, you can either make changes directly via the booking link or contact hotel central reservations at 1-800-267-2575. Kindly be aware that any changes or cancellations to your reservation must comply with the hotel's policy. Be sure to review the terms to avoid any inconvenience.
Email your name and company name to customerservice@megagroup.ca to request your MEGA Account number. A member of the MEGA team will assist you.
Here is the full cancellation policy:
Before May 18th, 2026 – No Fees: You may cancel your participation without any penalty.
May 18th to June 18th – $500 Fee: Cancellations during this period will incur a $500 fee to cover preparation and administrative costs.
After June 18th – Last-Minute Cancellation/No show Fee: If you cancel your participation after June 18th or fail to attend the event, a fee of $800 per registered person will be charged to your MEGA account to cover the costs of resources allocated for the event.
