Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy Cancellations before May 18, 2026

• You may cancel your participation free of charge.

Cancellations between May 18 and June 18, 2026

• A cancellation fee of $500 will be charged to your MEGA account.

Cancellations after June 18, 2026 or no-show

• If you cancel after June 18 or do not attend the event, a fee of $800 per registered person will be charged to your MEGA account to cover the costs of resources allocated to the event. By continuing with your registration, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
